Fall 2013 Shindig Fun Fall Festival

This year’s event promises to be our greatest yet! Our market will be part of University United Methodist Church’s “Shindig-Fun Fall Festival” on Saturday, October 26th from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM and will be held on the South Campus of University UMC (5084 DeZavala, San Antonio). The event will include a pumpkin patch, skateboard competition, bounce house, food trucks, other fun activities and our market. The Shindig will be widely publicized by UUMC’s Outreach ministry, student ministry, and MOPS ministry.
This event is a great opportunity for small businesses such as yours to build and expand their customer base while also supporting a great cause. Open registration is now available!
~ Booths measure approximately 8’ X 10’ and are a flat fee of $45 until October 5th.
~ After October 5th booths will be $65.
~ Table and chairs will not be provided.
~ You may rent a table and 2 chairs for an additional $15.
~ You may request a double booth for $80 (before 10/5) or $120 (after 10/5)
~ The market will be open from 12:00 PM to 6:00PM.
~ The market will be held inside the South Campus Atrium.
If you would like to participate in our “shindig” please send us an email with your name, business name, contact information, and a brief description of your business offerings.
Please note that this information will be carefully reviewed to insure that all products/services offered support our mission. We will also use the information you provide to insure that there is only 1 consultant per business and a limited number of spaces per type of business/craft. We will review all interested vendor replies and respond within 48 hours of receipt. Categories will be filled in the order that requests are received.
